The RMBA (Master of Restaurant Business Administration) program from the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC) in collaboration with Tor Penguin is truly fascinating. This appears to be Thailand's first comprehensive restaurant business development master's program that intentionally presents every aspect of the industry—both the beautiful and not-so-beautiful sides—drawn from real experiences of entrepreneurs who have achieved success, as well as those who are still "striving" or even "struggling" in the actual business arena.
Today, Marut Mekloy (TMTA President), Abdulhamid Abdulsalam, and Dr. Fuad Gansan (TMTA Vice Presidents), along with the executive team of the Thai Muslim Trade Association (TMTA), were invited as association representatives to sign an MOU with the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and 7 other business organizations focused on promoting Thailand's restaurant industry. TMTA serves as the sole representative from the halal restaurant business sector. Today's signing will lead to a clearer and more concrete framework of cooperation with one of Thailand's largest and most promising restaurant business partnerships.
We hope today marks the beginning of another significant opportunity that will help dozens of TMTA member halal restaurants access excellent opportunities and various benefits that will follow in the future.
